CANCELLATION POLICY
All our patients understand and accept the following conditions from the moment their appointment is confirmed with date and time via any of the following means:
Changes to appointments or cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any financial penalty for our patients, although we would appreciate being notified as far in advance as possible so that the appointment can be scheduled for other patients who need it. If the session has been paid for in advance and notice is given more than 24 hours in advance, the visit can be rescheduled for another date to be agreed upon with the center without any penalty. Receiving an appointment reminder less than 24 hours in advance does not exempt patients from complying with the booking, change, and cancellation conditions.
Cancellations not notified at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. If you have a session package, that session will be considered completed. The cancellation policy will not apply in cases of force majeure, accident, serious illness, or emergencies that prevent us from giving 24 hours’ notice, provided the reason is justified. We do not consider reasons such as sudden or unforeseen work and/or personal changes, or forgetfulness or negligence on the part of patients, as appointment reminders are sent the day before the visit.
